Skinny Pimento Cheese

Here is the pimento cheese recipe from Kash’s birthday party. Did I forget to mention that its a “healthier” version too? It always gets rave reviews and you won’t believe how simple it is!

Skinny Pimento Cheese

2 cups shredded cheese (you can buy the already shredded kind but I like to buy a block and shred it myself. I like the consistency of it better.)

1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon mayo

4 oz. jar of pimentos

Salt and pepper to taste

Dash of lemon juice

Dash of Worcestershire

Dash of Hot Sauce

Sometimes I even throw in a little garlic powder, too.
Combine all ingredients together and enjoy!

So yummy!
